Check Out the Check-In
November 7, 2017 by Christian Sommerhoff
Any order in CRYO.TAS can be either pre-defined, or manually entered by a driver. It all depends on preferred routines to accommodate a business set up, as well as on related permissions granted by the system. Either way, both options are fully monitored to assure that no mistakes can happen.
A driver arriving at a factory launches a cadence of actions by identifying himself with his personal RFID transponder. The multilingual touchscreen remembers to guide a user in his mother tongue and also reminds the driver once it’s time to renew any permissions. This could be general allowance to unload, or access to medical products etc. That said, every single vehicle must be identified by RFID.
In case of a prescheduled order, there are just two values to be entered initially to start the procedure: the consignee- and the delivery note number. Following, pre-and post-analysis can be added optionally. You have a short important message to the driver in this context? It will be highlighted on the screen prior to launching the weighing process through which the driver gets instructions which filling place to drive to.
All data points collected are nicely presented in the web-based CRYO.TAS cockpit. Securely accessible through a company’s intranet from anyplace in the world. It’s not only an aggregated overview of what’s going on, it’s a full-blown control center were among other things, any permissions are set. The level of detail of any processed order can be reviewed in any granularity. Being object-oriented, fully scalable, and web-based, CRYO.TAS is your choice for a maximum level of efficiency and production safety. Please watch the six-minute tutorial explaining how CRYO.TAS manages a driver’s check in and related permissions to release goods.
