Any order in CRYO.TAS can be either pre-defined, or manually entered by a driver. It all depends on preferred routines to accommodate a business set up, as well as on related permissions granted by the system. Either way, both options are fully monitored to assure that no mistakes can happen.

A driver arriving at a factory launches a cadence of actions by identifying himself with his personal RFID transponder. The multilingual touchscreen remembers to guide a user in his mother tongue and also reminds the driver once it’s time to renew any permissions. This could be general allowance to unload, or access to medical products etc. That said, every single vehicle must be identified by RFID.

In case of a prescheduled order, there are just two values to be entered initially to start the procedure: the consignee- and the delivery note number.
