“After comparing the concepts of several manufacturers, we decided on the cooperation with IWB. We apply highest standards and CRYO.TAS as a scalable solution convinces us across the board. In particular, we put the focus on trace analysis, data evaluation, archiving and documentation for LIN-and LOX medical products. Everything was completely installed in a container and IWB supported us during the entire project phase up to the actual launch in Gumpoldskirchen (Austria), outstandingly. Also the later requirement to integrate another truck scale incl. an RFID identification system was easy due to the modular system architecture and the scalability of CRYO.TAS.
A major benefit in daily operations is also the multilingual user interface. After a brief training, a truck driver is led through the menu of a touchscreen in his mother tongue and is able to carry out the entire tank process on his own. Q-Managers of different national subsidiaries are kept up-to-date automatically about the unloaded quality of medical products, which is an additional plus for us. We recommend CRYO.TAS and the cooperation with IWB with pleasure.”
