CRYO.TAS
CRYO.TAS is a terminal automation system (TAS) designed especially for the gas industry that allows cryogenic, liquefied gases to be monitored and loaded automatically. Control your storage tank and your loadings entirely with CRYO.TAS and use the system, for instance, for automated loading and unloading of LOX, LIN, LAR, CO2, H2, or LNG as well as for all products which are loaded and transported as bulk material. CRYO.TAS is suitable as a comprehensive manufacturing execution system (MES) primarily for use in unmanned plants because all processes are fully automated and are monitored from end-to-end. In the process, the focus is always on increasing productivity and safety and on reducing effort, costs, and risks.
CRYO.TAS LNG
CRYO.TAS LG is an expanded form of the basic CRYO.TAS system for air-gas products that has proven its worth for many years. It has been specially developed further for the automated loading, quality assurance, and monitoring of LNG and LPG. Storage, receiving, and dispatch of gas products from terminals is a vital part in which automation systems play an important role by increasing productivity, reducing risks, improving safety and, saving time and cost. This highly developed “Truck Loading Management System” meets all requirements for quality control, loading, unloading, and product tracking of LNG/LPG. Every step of the logistics process, from order creation to factory entry to loading, quality control, and weighing, is monitored and documented seamlessly.
CRYO.TAS Compact
CRYO.TAS COMPACT and CRYO.TAS COMPACT MED have been specially designed for simple entry to the automated analysis of cryogenic air gas products. A prefabricated solution for the gas producing industry, which can be expanded with greater functionality like all CRYO.TAS solutions. After the fully equipped cabinets have been assembled, only hauling for the analysis pipe needs to be completed. Naturally, IWB offers full validation.
TRACK.TAS
TRACK.TAS is a turnkey solution for product tracking, based on the widely installed CRYO.TAS and a bandwidth to control up to 32.000 sites in one master system. It is modular based, fully scalable, and designed for the most challenging infrastructure without the need for a stable data connection. Every remote system can operate as standalone, and data replication starts automatically whenever a data connection is available.
